sleep. The use of the above-mentioned procedure allows the Republic of China People's Republic

of China and the United States and Europe to study the effects of acupuncture in clinical practice.

Therefore, it is necessary to investigate whether there is a need to assess the need for pulmonary
or needles in our country and introduce clinical practice.

Objective

The aim of this study is to evaluate comparison between effect of acupuncture treatment and

auricular acupuncture treatment for primary insomnia.

Material and method

We will conduct the study by clinical trials.The participants are 100 patients with insomnia and

divided to two groups therapy of aircular acupuncture and acupuncture. We will compare between
two groups after to evaluate effect of therapy by to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and ,

Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS). Expected results

The acupuncture therapy might better effect for insomnia. Auricular acupuncture is good therapy
for insomnia too, but treatment duration is longer.

Судалгааны ажлын үндэслэл

Дэлхийн хэмжээнд халдварт бус өвчин түүний дотор тулгуур хөдөлгөөний яс, булчин,
холбогч эдийн өвчлөл нэмэгдэж байгааг ДЭМБ-ын судалгаагаар тогтоосон байна. 2015 оны

байдлаар Монгол улсад үе мөчний өвчин 10000 хүн ам тутамд 82,26% байгаа нь нийт

халдварт бус өвчнүүдийн 7-рт жагсаж байгаа статистик мэдээ байна. Эдгээр байдлыг
үндэслэн хамгийн өргөн дэлгэр хэрэглэгдэх зүү эмчилгээний үр дүнгийн талаар

судлаж нотолгоожуулах нь зүйтэй гэж үзлээ.
Судалгааны ажлын зорилго

Өвдөгний үений архаг остеоартрит өвчний зүү эмчилгээний үр дүнгийн талаар судалгаа

хийж харьцуулан үр дүнг тодруулах.
