BACKGROUND:
Highly sensitive and cost-effective methods of early diagnosis of cardiovascular disease followed
by high-risk mortality are of high importance for our country, which is leading in cardiovascular
diseases and high mortality rate. There is a relatively low participation of the population in regular
medical examinations and diagnosis, and continuous high use of alcohol and fat show that there is
need for a baseline study and research in our country. In most developed countries, CVD
prevention and monitoring are routinely done and the results show that the ratio of
monocytes/HDL is the main indicator. Therefore, the independent indicator of the ratio of
monocytes / HDLs, which allows us to monitor diagnosis, cardiovascular disease and blood
supply, can be compared and studied with other diagnostic methods and it shows what work
needs to be done.
RESEARCH OBJECTIVE:
Evaluate the possibility of early diagnosis of coronary heart disease with Monocyte/HDL
ratio to Cholesterol.
RESEARCH METHOD:
This study will be implemented based on observational methods, using a hospital-based
analytical and moment model. In the "Grand Med" clinic in 2018, 135 patients will be included in a
study by random selection method for patients with CVD and diabetes diagnosis. According to the
Code of Ethics, consent of participants is taken, information is collected by a questionnaire and
their physical condition is evaluated by doctor's examination. Collect the laboratory sample
specimens and evaluate the MHR results with the results of necessary instrumental diagnostic
analysis. We will use SPSS 23.0 program to produce descriptive and detailed statistical analysis.
