Swelling prevents overheating of the body. However, sweating without hot and cold is a unique
disorder that decrease self-confidence, quality of life, and causes social and psychological
discomfort, specific disorders in the axillary, palm, foot, and forehead.
There are medical treatments, iontophoresis and surgical treatments, but most treatments have
negative effects and risky. The eccrinic glands is characterized by sympathetic sensitivity and are
regulated acetylcholine, and then the use of BTA is extremely effective in excessive sweating.
BTA that is sweat treatment received the FDA approval in 2004. However, there are many studies
on the injection of obesity in excessive sweating other than Mongolia. Hence, this research was
made on Mongolian people case to generate a result of BTA treatment for reducing swelling.
STUDY ACTIVITIES:
To study the effectiveness and duration of the injection effect and the side effects of botoksin
(Botulin poison) in primary too weighty Mongolian people.
SURVEY METHODOLOGY:
The survey covered 50-60 people aged of 18-50. Those who wish to participate in the survey will
be voluntarily selected. Prospective study design was used in the survey. The survey results will
be analyzed using the SPSS program and next will be processed in MS.excel. Qualification and
satisfaction of previous and after treatment will be analyzed.
RESULTS:
The use of Botulinium toxin can reduce the problem of sweating by 50-90% by lowering the quality
of the skin and improving the quality of life and at least 6 months of sweating.
APPENDIX:
1. From July 2009 to July 2010, 39 people over 16-41 age overweightBTA treatment have
been observed for 12 months. The determination of the staining of iodine-starch seed is
similar to the study, but the standard of the plant is the same. The iodine starch determines
the staining zones, standard is the same but the BТА is very large.
2. 145 was selected by random selection method and 200 doses were injected. Very high
doses but the results were the same. The rate of sweat was reduced from 160 mg to 40
mg, or 75 percent, when the rate was determined by Gravimetric. In this study, gravimetric
evaluation of sweating is the same as in the methodology of the research project.
3. 50 people who had shoulder sweat have been treated with BTA for 2 years between 2007
and 2008. People were tested by Iodine starch to participate in subjective of research. First
treatment of BTA could reduce the shoulder sweat by 50 percent, and second treatment
also reduced by 80 percent when sweat zone was determined by using an iodine-starch
test. Planting techniques are made with the same technical equipment as described in the
research project.
